All sales of clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
- All Returns for undamaged, unopened items must made within 30-days of receipt.
- Keep original shipping box and packaging material.
- Call customer service at 866-923-0001 to obtain authorization for return or submit a request online.
- The customer will be responsible for returning merchandise at their cost.
- All returns must be insured for the value of the item and packed to arrive damage free.
- If items are damaged in transit, we can process a claim and refund your account more quickly.
- Customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in good/unused condition.
- For items that are returned in orders with free shipping, we will issue credit for the return minus the original cost of shipment.
- We do not refund the cost of shipping on any returns.
- Refunds for returns are issued within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise in our warehouse.
Exchanges
After submitting your return, simply place a new order at your convenience.Return of Gift

- Preferred carrier for returns is UPS. If items are damaged in transit, as the ‘shipper’ you will be responsible for filing the claim.
- We can offer you a credit toward other merchandise or we can credit the purchaser's credit card once we have the product.
- All returns must be received no more than 30 days after an authorization number is issued.
- Items that are returned in orders with free shipping, will be refunded for items returned minus the original cost of shipment.
- We do not refund the cost of shipping on any return.
- Refunds for returns are issued within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise in our warehouse.
- For security reasons, we regret that we cannot refund gift certificate purchases.
Damaged Merchandise
- Please call customer service at 866-923-0001. We will assist in the replacement or refund of the damaged merchandise.
- All claims for broken, defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 10-days of receipt of merchandise.
- Please keep damaged items, carton and packing materials. The parcel carrier may need to inspect these items as part of the claims process.
- Once you report the damage to us, we will process your replacement and process the claim with the carrier.
- Our customer service staff can help you to determine how to handle the broken/defective items in your possession.
- If no replacement is possible, merchandise will be credited or refunded.
