How to Return an Item
- If you want to process your return online, please follow: Online Return Request
- Please contact our customer service department either by phone at 1-866-923-0001 or email us at orders@department56corner.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. There will be a re-stocking fee for any return received without an RA#.
- Click here to download and print a Return Form.
- Fill out the Return Form noting your Return Authorization number and completing all fields.
- Include payment information if you are returning item(s) in exchange for something that is of greater value than the returned item(s), including your credit card number, expiration date, security code and the name shown on the card.
- Pack item(s) carefully and include your return form in the parcel before sealing.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless there has been any instance of breakage during shipping or incorrect item sent.
- We are unable to refund return shipping charges, or the original shipping charges, unless we have made an error. Please insure the parcel so that you are covered in the event of damage/loss during shipping.
- Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
